Go back to the roots of Powell Peralta with the OG Skull & Sword Reissue Gold Foil Skateboard Deck.
The Rodriguez Skull & Sword was Powell Peralta’s first pro signature deck graphic. Ray Rodriguez conceived the design, while legendary artist Vernon Courtlandt Johnson illustrated it under the art direction of George Powell in 1979.
This reissue features the classic 10″ x 30″ wide-tail shape with a long 16″ wheelbase. In addition, Powell uses Shape 166 and SP3 concave to recreate the old-school feel of the original deck.
The deck uses 7-ply U.S. hard rock maple. Meanwhile, the bottom graphic is printed over a brilliant gold foil finish. The top features a dyed veneer with a hand-printed logo.
