Originally released in the early 1990s, the Hot Rod Flames design captures the transition between classic shaped decks and the more symmetrical skateboard shapes that followed. The graphic comes from Jim “Nitro” Knight, giving the deck a true Powell old-school look.

At 9.375″ wide, this deck gives you plenty of room under your feet. In addition, the 15.5″ wheelbase provides a stable stance for bowls, ramps, transition, and cruising.

Powell uses traditional 7-ply maple construction for a solid combination of strength, pop, and durability. Meanwhile, the white and gold foil colorway gives this reissue a premium look that works just as well on the wall as it does under your feet.
