AMAZING! My 11-yr-old daughter LOVES this board! We opted for the 40″ drop-thru platypus, clear deck with LED Lights. The board itself is awesome but I wanted to comment about the exceptional customer service I experienced with this company (since good customer service is hard to come by these days!). When I first placed the order online, I included a comment with my order that this product was intended to be a birthday gift for my daughter and that I needed to have it by a specific date. I ordered it approx. 2 weeks before her bday but because I knew they had to customize/build it, it might take longer and then shipping is always questionable. The very next day I received an email from Elizabeth stating that she sent it into production right away – allowing plenty of time. I received prompt updates from the company regarding order completion, shipping etc. (always appreciated). We received it that same week! When we eventually opened it on her bday – we discovered that we had a slight problem with the charging mechanism for the LED lights. I emailed the company to ask about repairing or sending another part and I received an immediate response with an explanation on how to fix the problem and she stated that they would figure it out ASAP. Happy to say the problem was fixed very easily after that. I was just VERY impressed with the promptness in communicating with me on everything – from ordering to fixing a small problem! I would absolutely recommend this company and their high quality products!
