Welcome to the “Build a Bear” concept for “Build a Board”.  As a manufacturer here in Utah, USA, the process has never been easier for you to get the board exactly like you want.  You pick the shape, size, graphic, wheels, trucks, colors, and make it one of a kind.

STEPS *

1. What is your Age.   This can be something to consider when making a custom skateboard.  If you are 2-10 yrs old,  You may consider size, shape, and thickness of your board a bit different then someone that is taller and heavier.  Ages 2-10, may consider a shorter board, less then 30″ tall.  Ages 11-17 may consider, does the board fit in my locker at school, or where will I be riding this board.  Ages 18-60+ May consider, do I want a cruiser, transportation, or something to learn new tricks on.

2. What is your Weight.   Weight can play a factor in thickness, flex, balance, and style of riding.  We have boards that are good for people up to 230 lbs, then we have a thicker board for those 230-380 lbs.  The longer the board is, the more flex it will have.  So if you are riding a 30″ board vs a 48″ board the board will feel different and flex different.

3. Riding Style.  Are you a beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced rider.   Beginner riders tend to look at the wider boards such as a 40″ platypus.  no front or back, ride the board either direction, and great to learn on with plenty of feet room.  Advanced may look at the drop through, lower to the ground for sliding or tricks.  Other riders that want to dance on the board, or do more advanced tricks may look at the 48″ platypus.  For those that want to curve and ride with lots of back and forth may look at the 36″ surfer for a surf feel ride.

4.  Graphic.  Do you want FLASH!  Yes you can have LED’s, Resin, even have top ramon put inside your board.  Do you have the itch to have gummy worms or playing cards, we have you covered.  Even the ones that may want a $2 bill inside their board.
